At the Hut B&B we place emphasis on great taste but also on sourcing local and where possible, organic, ingredients.
On our breakfast menu you'll find sausages, bacon and bread from Piercebridge Organics and the Cross Lanes Organic Farm Shops and eggs from our own chickens. Our preserves and honey are made locally too, at Rosebud Farm in the Yorkshire Dales.
Breakfast is delivered to your door in a hamper, pre-ordered at check-in. Included:
- a choice of fruit juices
- fresh tea or coffee
- a choice of hot and cold dishes (see below)
- cereal or fresh fruit salad
- a bread basket with organic butter, local preserves and Yorkshire honey
During the week, hampers can be dropped between 7.30 and 8.30am, which is extended to 9.30am at the weekend for those that need a well-deserved lie-in!
